program fee + prospectus fee to the institute office at Noida.
Application Form Requirement
All applications duly filled in all respects and signed by the candidate must be accompanied by:
- Bank Draft in favor of "Institute of Cheminformatics Studies" (Payable at Noida / Delhi / New Delhi).
- Photocopies of degree / diploma of last qualifying examination with self attested.
- Photocopy of a certificate as to the proof of Date of Birth
(preferably the High School or the Higher Secondary Certificate)
- 2 copies of Passport size photographs - 1 pasted & 1 pinned
- Please submit only photocopy of above documents. The completed application form is to be
submitted by post / courier to Program Coordinator-Institute of Cheminformatics Studies - Distance Learning.
