How To Apply

Download the Program Application form from Institute portal www.icis.co.in Submit the application form along with the program and prospectus fee to the institute office at Noida.

Application Form Requirement

All applications duly filled in all respects and signed by the candidate must be accompanied by:

Bank Draft in favor of "ICIS" (Payable at Noida / New Delhi).
Photocopies of degree / diploma of last qualifying examination with self attested.
Photocopy of a certificate as to the proof of Date of Birth (preferably the High School or the Higher Secondary Certificate)
2 copies of Passport size photographs - 1 pasted & 1 pinned
Please submit only photocopy of above documents. The completed application form is to be submitted by post / courier at below mention office address to Program Coordinator-ICIS - Distance Learning Institute.
