Can downloaded form from Internet be used for Program Registration ?
Application form (without program prospectus) can be downloaded from www.icis.co.in. However in this case while submitting the application form one has to submit required additional amount of Rs 250/- (application form fee).

Can I apply on the Photocopied application form ?

What is the program eligibility?
As there are wide varieties of programs available for different categories to opt, the program eligibility is:
- For Industry Program in Cheminformatics it is any Science Graduate.
- For Industry Program in Petrochemical & Refining it is any Science Graduate.
- For Industry Program in Paint & Coating Technology it is 10+2 Student or ITI / Working Professionals.

Do you accept payment by credit cards ?
Currently payment is accepted only in form of Bank Draft of Postal Orders drawn in favour of "Institute of Cheminformatics Studies" payable at New Delhi/Noida.

Will I get the program material for the program?
Institute of Cheminformatics Studies provides all the program material to the students enrolled for the program. There is no separate fee for the program material.

How can International program participants appear for final exams?
We are not conducting written examination, evaluation & certification is based on examination assignments.

What is the Program fee for International Participants?
Application form and Prospectus Fee -- US Dollar 35 (or Equivalent In India Rupee) Course Fee - US Dollar 565.

Can i pay registration fee now and examination fee later ?
Yes, you can pay exam fee later at the time of examinations.

Should I get 2 separate application forms by paying Rs 500? Yes, the two forms are different, but if you are doing two courses you can deduct Rs 250/- application fee from the course fee of one program.

If I get any doubts while reading the course material how can you help me?

Will you give me placement assistance?
We don't commit any kind of placement guarantee but we surely provide job assistance for suitable candidates.

What is the procedure of study in these Industry programs?
This program is a Distance learning program and students will be provided study material and they have to submit tutorials and appear in the exam. There is no need to come to study centre for Classes, it's a self paced study program. This is a distance learning program, study books and web based support will be provided from the institute and students have to submit assignments and go through final exams at the end of course. There will be no computation involved in the program, it is advisable for the students to have a computer handy to have better understanding about the course, but it is not mandatory.

The program that is being offered by you is it or your organization affiliated to government of India?
All the programs are run under Institute of Cheminformatics Studies which is registered under societies act 1860 government of India as Educational and reach body in this area. This is a autonomous institute and do not have any association with any university in India and Abroad. The Programs are autonomous in nature and the institute has developed its own course curriculum and courseware.

As this is a distance education program you would be giving many materials, if in case there are some doubts is there any division that would tackle these I mean help bench?

As the program is intended for one year, the final exam will be exactly at the end of one year or what?
Your exam is based on the session you have joined if you have joined spring batch the exams will be in the month of Feb- march and if you have joined Autumn batch then the exams will be in the month of september - october.
