• Demand draft of Program fee
• In case of downloaded forms from Internet add application processing fee of Rs 250/- or USD 35 to the Demand Draft
• Photocopy of the degree / provisional certificate
• 2 copies of the passport size photograph - one pasted and one pinned up.
